João Campos promises to recover and expand Recife Metro and triple BR-101

The former mayor of Recife and candidate for the government of Pernambuco João Campos (PSB) participated in a "door to door" event in the Entra Apulso community, in the Boa Viagem neighborhood, in the South Zone of the capital, this Thursday (24). During the agenda, he promised that, if elected, he will recover and expand the Recife Metro and triple the BR-101 (see video above).

"Recovering the subway is fundamental. Alongside President Lula, we will do this and also design the expansion, with executive projects, including from Afogados to the Recife neighborhood with a VLT line, which needs to have its project done. And the tripling of BR-101 will help with this new road corridor integrated with the subway stations", he said.
