Krajewski: I have no problem talking to Szymon

"PSL is ready to create joint lists with Polska 2050 for the parliamentary elections, and the coalition may appoint Szymon Hołownia as deputy prime minister on October 15," wrote "Rzeczpospolita" today. Among others Stefan Krajewski, MP and Minister of Agriculture, was asked about these reports in the Morning conversation on RMF FM.

I don't know who Szymon Hołownia will go hand in hand with. We are talking to various political and local government circles, because it is important that good candidates appear (on electoral lists - editor's note) - said Piotr Salak's guest. I have no problem talking to Szymon about politics or various other economic and social issues. He is a man with extensive experience - not only political - said Krajewski.

Could a possible return to close cooperation between PSL and Szymon Hołownia mean the reactivation of Third Way?

I think the Third Way project is over. However, it is worth talking about cooperation, argued the PSL MP. He did not want to comment on speculations whether hypothetical cooperation with the former Speaker of the Sejm would be possible only after he somehow took over the leadership in Poland 2050, or whether it would function as a separate political brand.

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz about the "attempt to bribe" Hołownia

Szymon Hołownia himself does not yet comment in any way on speculations about his political future. He is currently one of the deputy speakers of the Sejm.

On Monday, suggestions that Hołownia could join the government and even become deputy prime minister were commented on in a Morning conversation on RMF FM by the current head of Poland 2050 - Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz.

I hope these are rumors. It sounds as if someone was trying to bribe Szymon Hołownia for the position. Does this affect Poland 2050? I don't know if this is true, but if it is, it's super embarrassing. This is just plain politicking, she said sharply.
