The Italian ambassador to Germany visits the women's national basketball team at the World Cup in Berlin

The Italian women's basketball team, in Berlin for the World Cup which starts tomorrow, received an official visit from the Italian ambassador to Germany, Fabrizio Bucci. The president of the Italian Basketball Federation, Giovanni Petrucci, welcomed the diplomat: "The presence of the ambassador fills us with pride and gives us a further push towards this great adventure - declared the federal number one -. The ambassador has already confirmed that he will be present in the stands of the Berlin Arena to support Italy live in the prestigious and highly anticipated match against the United States on Sunday evening.
