Judge Beatriz Biedma complains about the monitoring of the "PSOE sewer" during the David Sánchez case

Judge Beatriz Biedma has made the decision to judicialize the personal and professional monitoring carried out by the so-called sewer of the PSOE during the investigation process carried out at the head of the Investigative Court No. 3 of Badajoz against David Sánchez Pérez-Castejón, the brother of the President of the Government, in his process of obtaining a high-ranking position in the Provincial Council of Badajoz, and for which he has been sentenced to nine years of disqualification for administrative prevarication.

The judge considers that up to six crimes could have been committed against her, including obstruction of Justice; against moral integrity; threats and/or coercion; of discovery and revelation of secrets; false accusation or complaint and that of a criminal organization or criminal group.

In this way, the judge today presented a brief before the Central Court of Instance of the Plaza nº 5 Instruction Section of Madrid, which is following the sewer case, as a private accusation for being "directly harmed by the facts under investigation." The Córdoba magistrate assures that she has made the decision to judicialize her case "in a double dimension", both on a "strictly personal and professional" level and also "on an institutional level."
