The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation added the Khodorkovsky LIVE project to the register of foreign agents

The Russian Ministry of Justice included the Khodorkovsky LIVE project* in the register of foreign agents, according to the department’s website.

“On September 25, 2026, in accordance with the orders of the Russian Ministry of Justice, ... the Khodorkovsky LIVE project* was included in the register of foreign agents,” the list says.

It is noted that the project disseminated fakes about the decisions of the Russian authorities and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He opposed the SVO, took part in distributing materials from foreign agents, as well as undesirable organizations. The project participants are foreign agents.

In 2025, the FSB of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case against the ex-head of YUKOS Mikhail Khodorkovsky** and his accomplices from among the members of the “Anti-War Committee of Russia” recognized as undesirable in the Russian Federation*** under the article on the violent seizure of power and the organization of a terrorist community; a case was also opened against Khodorkovsky** on public calls for terrorism.
