Tom Mikaele drops the ball right in front of the Tigers' tryline and the ball finds Jarome Luai, who flies 95 metres to "score" a try.
As the celebrations go off, the bunker chimes in and says Api Koroisau illegally slapped at the ball from marker.
The Cowboys kick a penalty goal, so that's an eight-point swing on a pretty dubious call, it must be said.
Grant Atkins, after a tense conversation with Koroisau, says "I hope you're not suggesting it's going one way unfairly", implying Koroisau might have suggested a bit of lopsided refereeing.

This time Jeremiah Nanai tries a flick pass on the fourth tackle right in front of the posts when a hard charge is probably what's called for.

He protests, saying he didn't know the ball was gone, but Grant Atkins isn't buying it.

It was really a horrible set by the Tigers on the Cowboys' line, but it ends with a perfectly improvised grubber by Jarome Luai in behind Zac Laybutt and Jeral Skelton gets there first to score.

The Knights ran riot in Townsville, outscoring the Cows seven tries to one to leapfrog the Warriors into sixth spot on for and against.

The 26-12 win takes the Dolphins just ahead of the Roosters in third place on points differential alone, but the statement made in that game is about more than the spot on the ladder.
Down a man for almost the entire last 20 minutes of that game, the Phins' scramble defence against some of the game's best attacking weapons was frankly unbelievable.
Kristian Woolf will have absolutely loved that effort.
They took the lead with their attacking brilliance, but held onto it with their stellar defensive grit.

The ball is all over the field and eventually ends up with Tommy Talau, but the defence somehow gets there to stop him.
Kurt Donoghoe is nursing his right arm as he has been for much of the night and Reece Robson is doubled over in agony of some sort. Not sure what happened there.
78' Stunning scramble by the Dolphins

The Roosters are throwing the ball everywhere on the last, still with the extra man on the field.
It ends with Hugo Savala charging towards the tryline, but he's reined in and brought down from behind by Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow.
That will seal the win.
But Kulikefu Finefeuiaki is down in pain after a potential hip drop by Connor Watson. He's back up and there's no penalty blown.
76' Shocking on the last by the Dolphins

Isaiya Katoa is caught with the ball on the fifth tackle and the Dolphins appear to not realise it's the last after that, as Kodi Nikorima is caught with the ball on the Roosters' 20m line.
75' Mark Nawaqanitawase misses out in the air

The kick across for the Roosters winger is well weighted, but Nawaqanitawase runs into the back of Herbie Farnworth and ricochets over the dead-ball line.
James Tedesco challenges, hoping for an escort call against Farnworth, but it's not forthcoming.
Good refereeing by Todd Smith and the bunker, not being spooked by the bizarreness of watching Nawaqanitawase failing to nail an aerial contest.
71' THE ROOSTERS BOMB A CERTAIN TRY

The Roosters come within 5 metres of scoring in their last set of 13 vs 11.
Salesi Foketi once again does a number on Isaiya Katoa to break through the line and offload to Hugo Savala, who unleashes Tommy Talau down the wing.
Talau looks like he should just go for the corner, but gets spooked by Selwyn Cobbo coming across from the opposite wing and throws a stinker of a pass to Savala, who can't rein it in.
Wow. An absolute bottle job, but immense credit to Cobbo coming across and Tom Gilbert chasing from behind to keep the pressure on.
Tom Flegler returns with a little damage mitigated.

The young back rower copped a warning from Todd Smith for getting in the face of Tom Gilbert after the tackle on Toia.
And now, after scoring a sensational try to keep the Roosters in the game, he gets up gives Isaiya Katoa a massive spray after aggressively bumping off the Dolphins halfback.
Jack Bostock gets in there and Mark Nawaqanitawase arrives to cool things down too.
68' More injury concerns for the Roosters, and the Dolphins are down to 11 men

Morgan Knowles and Tom Gilbert twist Rob Toia around and he lets out a cry in agony.
Knowles is sent to the sin-bin for a hip drop.
Gee, that's probably right, but very harsh on Knowles, who did try to keep his feet.
Toia is playing on and Flegler will be back after this set.

The Roosters fling the ball everywhere on the last and Siua Wong sets sail for the line, but Max Plath arrives at the last and makes contact up under the ball, driving furiously towards the sideline and forcing the error from Wong.
What a play while down to 12 men.
