Marmara Municipalities Union listed the districts of Istanbul with the highest and lowest quality of life

Marmara Municipalities Union listed the districts with the highest and lowest quality of life in Istanbul, Türkiye's most populous city.

As a result of the research conducted based on 107 indicators, including criteria such as education, health, income level, infrastructure, environmental awareness and disaster resistance, the most livable regions of Istanbul and the neighborhoods with the lowest scores in access to urban infrastructure and services were determined.

At the top of the list were 4 districts from Beşiktaş, 3 from Şişli and 2 from Kadıköy.

10 DISTRICTS WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF LIFE

The 10 districts with the highest quality of life were:

1. Beşiktaş – Levent (100 Points)

2. Şişli – Teşvikiye (95.5 Points)

3. Şişli – Harbiye

4. Kadıköy – Caddebostan

5. Beşiktaş – Nisbetiye

6. Kadıköy – Fenerbahçe

7. Beşiktaş – Bebek

8. Beşiktaş – Etiler

9. Beykoz – Acarkent

10. Şişli – Esentepe

Neighborhoods and districts far from the city center were predominantly at the bottom of the list.

3 districts from Sultanbeyli and 2 districts from Pendik were included in the list.

The 10 neighborhoods with the lowest quality of life were:

1. Sultanbeyli – Hamidiye

2. Silivri – Bag Balaban

3. Arnavutköy – Adnan Menderes

4. Çatalca – Gökçeali

5. Arnavutköy – Fatih

6. Sultanbeyli – Yavuz Selim

7. Pendik – Ramazanoğlu

8. Sultanbeyli – Mecidiye

9. Başakşehir – Şahintepe

10. Pendik – Ertuğrul Gazi
