Appreciated by virtue of his reliability (75% of the sample), empathy (73%), accuracy (68%) as well as his ability to define a complete clinical picture and a personalized treatment path (63%), the doctor remains the most important point of reference in health matters. To the point that one interviewee in three (33%) relies exclusively on the opinion of their GP or other specialists, distrusting information found online. Artificial intelligence is recognized for its speed (64%) and accessibility (57%), albeit with a greater propensity to error (46%). 86% of those who consulted the AI ​​for advice regarding their health status as well as clarifications relating to tests, analyzes and reports also say they are satisfied and 38% are very or completely satisfied.
