Motorola's highly anticipated new foldable phone, Motorola Razr Flex, has started to create excitement in the technology world with its features. This large foldable device, developed by the company under the code name Parker, is getting ready to hit the market in the coming months.

Recent leaks have revealed both the technical details and the possible name of the device. This new move by Motorola aims to take the competition in the foldable phone market to the next level.

Technical Specifications and Design

Inside the device, there is a 6.92 inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2364×1728 and a refresh rate of 165Hz. On the outside, there is a second OLED screen of 4.97 inches with a resolution of 1140 × 1736.

At the heart of the phone is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which offers high performance. While this powerful processor is accompanied by 12GB of RAM, only a 256GB option is offered on the storage side.

On the design side, a very thin structure attracts attention. When opened, the device reaches dimensions of 110 x 149 x 5.8 mm, and when folded, it decreases to 110 x 76 x 12.6 mm.

A very assertive approach was preferred in camera installation. On the back, there is a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra wide-angle lens.

For selfies, there are two 32MP cameras placed on both screens. In this way, users can take high-quality selfies in both indoor and outdoor modes.

The total weight of the device is stated as 215 grams. Color options include special tones such as Pantone Coriander and Pantone Dark Botanical Garden.

Durability and Software

Motorola has chosen a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh in its new model. This battery aims to meet the energy needs of users with 25W wireless charging support.

On the security side, there is a fingerprint reader placed on the side. This reader is integrated into the power button.

The device has a very assertive certification regarding durability. The phone provides protection against dust and water with both IP48 and IP49 certifications.

On the software side, it is stated that it will come out of the box with the Android 17 operating system. This shows that the device will offer an updated software experience.

This new foldable phone from Motorola will be officially introduced in mid-December. With this model, the company aims to bring the foldable phone experience to a wider audience.
