Hope Tree Stray Animals Natural Life and Adoption Center from Nilüfer Municipality

Nilüfer Municipality has implemented a new investment in order to make the care, treatment and rehabilitation processes of homeless animals in the city more qualified.

Hope Tree Stray Animals Natural Life and Adoption Center, built on a large land of 49 thousand 500 square meters in Karacaoba District, opened its doors to dear friends. The facility, which will be officially opened soon, draws attention with its capacity to host 3 thousand stray animals.

The ground structure, shades, special observation points and escape and hiding areas were meticulously designed in the centre, where areas were created where animals could roam freely without being stuck in narrow spaces.

ACADEMIC COOPERATION AND SCIENTIFIC INFRASTRUCTURE

A protocol was signed with Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) Faculty of Veterinary Medicine within the scope of operating the facility and providing veterinary services. Thanks to the cooperation, the diagnosis, treatment, sterilization, vaccination and rehabilitation processes at the center will be continued with a scientific infrastructure. Expert veterinarians and trained staff will manage the health and care processes of the creatures with the support of the academy.

A "RIBBON OF HOPE" FOR EVERY ADOPTION

The name "Tree of Hope" given to the center is based on a meaningful symbol. Each citizen who adopts a dear friend from the center will tie a commemorative ribbon to the tree in the area. The tied ribbons will be kept alive as a symbolic light of hope for every living creature that finds a warm home.
