European countries plan to purchase and transfer interceptor missiles for Patriot complexes to Ukraine before the onset of winter. Bloomberg reports this, citing sources.

“European countries are currently finalizing their plans under a NATO program known as the Ukraine Priority Requirements List (PURL), and the interceptors will arrive by winter,” the publication said.

At the same time, the agency’s sources refused to specify the number of missiles that will be transferred to Kyiv, but noted that the assistance package being discussed is a direct response to a request from Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
