A chase for a stolen ambulance. The police fired shots

A wanted ambulance from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, which was stolen, was spotted by police officers near Lewin Brzeski (Opole Voivodeship) on Friday morning. The ambulance driver did not stop when called and started to run away, so the officers started a pursuit - said RMF FM reporter Anna Kropaczek.

Roadblocks were organized. On one of them, an ambulance driver hit a policewoman. The uniformed officer was taken under the care of medics, her life is not in danger.

During the chase, the police used their service weapons - warning shots were fired. No one was injured as a result of this action.
