He was caught and detained. 3 suspects taken into custody were brought to Istanbul for questioning. The three suspects, whose procedures were completed at the Public Order Branch Directorate Homicide Bureau, were sent to the courthouse.

According to the information obtained from the studies; Mehmet Emin Yüksel (22) opened fire on Yasin Binarcı (26) and Mehmet I. (20), who were sleeping, in the residence where 5 people who had over 100 criminal records for different crimes and were under the influence of drugs were staying. While Binarcı lost his life in the incident, Mehmet I. was injured. K.K., who was in another room at the time of the incident. and Y.G. He asked for help from his friends outside to escape from the incident. S.C.B., who came to the scene when help was requested, broke the door with a sledgehammer and entered. S.C.B.'s K.K., who survived the attack. and Y.G. and left the scene with the attacker Mehmet Emin Yüksel. After a while, S.C.B., K.K. and Y.G. came together and killed Mehmet Emin Yüksel in the vehicle in Bağcılar. It was learned that the suspects then abandoned the vehicle they were using and took action to escape abroad.
