ROKETSAN ChainUp için başvurular başladı

ROKETSAN, Türkiye's rocket, missile and ammunition technologies company, opened applications for the ROKETSAN ChainUp program. The event, officially known as ChainUp Supply Chain Experience and Development Program, aims to strengthen global logistics networks. Additionally, the company aims to lead talent transformation in the supply chain.

What Will Happen in the ROKETSAN ChainUp Program?

The program will last 2 days. However, only theoretical information will not be given. Participants will participate in gamified, real-time simulations. In addition, they will benefit from expert mentoring and follow panels where strategic issues will be discussed.

Simulations are based on field scenarios. For example, global crises, embargoes and supply chain disruptions are among these scenarios. Thus, candidates will experience producing strategic solutions to possible crises.

Visionary leaders and senior managers of the industry will be hosted in the panels. On the other hand, critical topics in supply chain, purchasing and logistics will be discussed in detail for two days. Then, the teams will present their case solutions to the jury.

Who Can Apply?

ROKETSAN wants to strengthen its wide supply chain, which it has established with hundreds of subcontractors, with young talents. Therefore, new graduates and professionals with up to 5 years of experience can apply. Moreover, for those who are successful, a career door can be opened at ROKETSAN.

Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Everyone who completes the program will receive a special certificate. The winners will receive special prizes. In addition, candidates who stand out with their performance at the event will be among the priority candidates in ROKETSAN's career and talent evaluation processes.

How to Apply?

Participation is completely free. The organization will cover the transportation and accommodation expenses of the finalist candidates coming from outside the city. Therefore, applicants will not have to worry about expenses. Applications are accepted online at chainup.roketsan.com.tr.

Pre-evaluation will consist of online tests and interview stages. The application deadline is 26 November 2026 at 23.59. The event will be held at ROKETSAN Ankara facilities on 18-19 December 2026.
