MakSim fans from Kaliningrad are preparing a class action lawsuit due to non-refund of money for a twice-canceled concert

Fans of the singer MakSim (real name Marina Sergeevna Abrosimova, later officially changed her surname to Maksimova) from Kaliningrad have not received their money back for a twice-canceled concert for two months; they are preparing a class action lawsuit. Fans of the singer told the Telegram channel “Caution, News” about this.

MakSim was supposed to perform in Kaliningrad on August 2, but the performer was hospitalized shortly before the event. The concert was postponed until September 28, but the organizer of “Show Camp” did not prepare the site by this time, did not complete the rider for the singer’s team, did not buy tickets for them to Kaliningrad and did not pay for accommodation. As a result, the concert was canceled, the online publication claims.

It is noted that spectators began returning tickets back in July - then they were promised to return the money within 20 days, but the organizer and ticket operator are still ignoring the buyers.

“They wrote an official complaint, and there was no reaction after that either. Now the spectators of the failed concert are preparing a class action lawsuit,” the channel’s post says.

On September 29, MakSim again canceled her concert in Kaliningrad. She apologized to the audience and noted that this decision was made due to the inability of the organizers to provide the necessary conditions.
