WHO IS SERHAT KILIÇ?
Serhat Kılıç was born on July 8, 1975 in Ankara. He is originally from Malatya. In 1994, he received a scholarship from Bilkent University, Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, Department of Theatre. He graduated as a high honor student in 1998.
Kılıç had his first professional theater experience at Ankara Art Theater in 1998. He took part in Ariel Dorfman's play "Losts (Widows)", directed by Rutkay Aziz.
Kılıç, who worked at Diyarbakır State Theater in the 1999-2000 season, gave stage and acting lessons at Diyarbakır City Theaters in the same period. He also directed the play "Peace Island" here.
In 2002, he was appointed as an actor to Erzurum State Theater to complete his compulsory service.
