Serhat Kılıç was found dead in his Nurtepe home

The incident took place on Saturday, September 5, at around 17:00 in Nurtepe District. According to the information obtained, his girlfriend Özlem E., who could not hear from actor Serhat Kılıç, came to the house where Kılıç lived. When Özlem E. knocked on the door and did not receive an answer, she entered with the key she had. Özlem E., who found Kılıç motionless on the single sofa in the living room, asked for help. Upon notice, Kağıthane Public Order Bureau teams and medical teams were dispatched to the address. Upon check-up by medical teams, it was determined that Kılıç had died. Kılıç's body was sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue after examination.

While the investigation into Kılıç's death continued, his girlfriend Özlem E.'s confession at the police station was revealed. Özlem E., in her statement, said, "We have been together with my boyfriend Serhat Mustafa Kılıç for about 8 years. There were short-term disagreements between Serhat and me. There was a set shooting at around 11:00 on September 3. I learned that Serhat did not go to this set shooting at around 11:45. Then I called Serhat and told him why he did not go to the set and that everyone was wondering about him. Serhat told me that he was not feeling well due to the hernia in his neck, He ended the meeting by saying that he was in pain, that he had taken a lot of medicine, but that the pain continued and that he would talk to his manager and inform him why he did not go to the set. After a while, I called him again and reproached him for not going to the set, saying that he was acting irresponsible. Serhat ended the meeting by saying that he had his report and it would not be a problem.

Özlem E. ended the conversation by calling me in a tearful voice around 16:00 on the same day, saying that she was kicked off the set, that she was very upset, that no matter what she did, her pain would not go away, and that she did not want to meet anyone because she was upset. I tried not to push her because I wanted her to be alone with herself and recover. During this process, I constantly tried to support her by calling and texting, but Serhat never responded to my messages or calls. I tried not to call too much, thinking that he wanted to be alone and that the drugs he was using made me sleepy. When I called Serhat again today, September 5th, around 17:00, I noticed that his phone was off and because I was curious about him, I came to Serhat's house in Nurtepe District. Since I had the spare key of Serhat's house, when I entered the flat directly, I saw that Serhat was sitting naked on the armchair in the living room. "I thought about it and called out to him, holding his arm and shaking him. Realizing that there was a problem because his skin was cold and he was not reacting, I first called his sister Sinem Kılıç and reported the situation, then immediately called 112 teams and asked for help."

'HE HAD HIGH PRESSURE, GASTRITIS AND CURVICAL DISEASES'

Özlem E. said, "112 teams and police teams came to the scene, made the necessary checks and informed that Serhat had passed away. As far as I know, Serhat had diseases such as high blood pressure, gastritis and cervical disc herniation. He was using a green prescription pill, the name of which I cannot remember, for 2 different types of cervical hernia, a blood pressure medicine whose name I cannot remember, and a pill that he used 7-8 times a day. As far as I know, he does not have any substance or alcohol addiction. Also. "I don't know when and how my boyfriend Serhat Mustafa Kılıç passed away," he said.
