Property manager is arrested in the act after firing a firearm during a fight in a condominium in Alexânia

The manager of a condominium located in Alexânia was arrested in the act after shooting during a fight. In the images, it is possible to see when a group that was arguing with the property manager leaves with the truck and then hears gunshots in the vehicle. The fight reportedly started over where a pickup truck was parked.

The case happened last Saturday (5). According to the Military Police, the team was approached during a patrol in the city by the people in the truck, who reported what happened and were very nervous.

According to the information, the building manager had tried to attack a person with rifle butts and, when the group in the truck left to avoid the chaos, he fired the shots.

The Military Police went to the property manager's house and had to climb over the wall of the house.

"We had to jump because he was excited, we were afraid that he would attack his wife, that he would still be carrying the gun and shoot at the team. So we went in and restrained him", reported one of the police officers who participated in the arrest.

The property manager was arrested in the act that morning on suspicion of attempted murder, shooting a firearm and threatening, according to the Civil Police. According to the PM, he was excited at the time of his arrest and said he shot to defend himself.

In an interview with g1, the driver of the truck, who did not want to be identified, said he is from Londrina, Paraná, and was visiting his girlfriend's house, who has a property in the condominium.

"We went down to the lake around 10pm and the author was arguing with someone, saying he couldn't park the car there, that he was the owner there," he said.

He says he stopped the car nearby and believed there would be no problems, but, according to him, the property manager went to reprimand them soon after.

"We were having a nice chat, there were two couples, when he came back all stressed, already cursing: 'I already told you the truck can't stop here', all excited," he said.

According to him, he caught the manager's attention because of how the group was approached. "I already saw that you belittled the boy. Do you think this is the best solution for a superintendent to deal with a matter like this? Isn't it easier for you to get into education?", he reportedly said to the superintendent.

After that, he claims that the property manager asked him to remove the car from where it was, which he denied. After that, the property manager allegedly left and, upon returning, attacked the boy who was driving another car, in addition to trying to attack the group in the second truck.

"I was telling my girlfriend and my friend to get in the truck so we could leave. And then he wasn't letting us get in the truck, he started kicking my truck, hitting it, it was all dented, including part of the side. And then when we were leaving, he pulled out the gun and fired six shots", he recalls.

According to him, no one was injured by the shots, but three of them hit the truck. He also says that his girlfriend usually only visits the house on weekends, but that she has never had any problems with the property manager, despite knowing that he has had disagreements with other residents.

"We felt really bad, even scared, because it could have hit someone. So, thank God, it didn't, it was just the materials, but we were scared, we're scared until now," he said.
