Criminal organization member Muhammed Ali Çınar was caught entering Türkiye after being released from Georgia

According to the statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Organized Crimes Investigation Bureau, it was determined that Muhammed Ali Çınar, a member of the criminal organization who was identified as a suspect in the actions against a cafe in Bahçelievler on November 30, 2024 and the Iraqi Consulate General in Şişli on March 21, 2025, and for whom there was an arrest warrant with a red notice, was released from the prison in Georgia where he was detained.

Çınar was caught while entering Türkiye from the Türkgözü Border Gate in Ardahan today.

During the interrogation, it was determined that the case filed against Çınar for the crime of "being a member of a criminal organization" continues at the Istanbul 31st High Criminal Court.

The suspect was arrested by the court after his procedures.
