Minibus and truck collision on Suruç-Birecik highway: 2 dead, 2 seriously injured

The accident occurred on the highway between Suruç and Birecik districts. The minibus with plate number 27 AIC 420, whose driver has not yet been identified, crashed into the back of the truck moving in the same direction. Due to the intensity of the collision, 4 people in the minibus were trapped in the vehicle. Upon notice, health, gendarmerie and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident. During the check by the medical teams, it was determined that a child and a woman, who did not have any identification cards, had died.

THE CONDITION OF THE WOUNDED IS SERIOUS

Felek Aşan (40) and Said Aşan (57), who were in the vehicle and seriously injured, were removed by the work of the teams and taken to Suruç State Hospital by ambulances. It was learned that the two injured people who were treated remained in serious health condition. An investigation has been launched into the accident.
