Attack on a teacher in Lamezia Terme foiled

A new attack on a teacher at school has been foiled. It was organized by a 14-year-old student from the Nicotera-Costabile comprehensive institute in Lamezia Terme who, on a Telegram group, was planning a knife attack against his Italian teacher. The minor allegedly hid the weapon in the school bathrooms.

The police, as reported by the Gazzetta del Sud, managed to intercept the online messages and intervened before the boy put the plan into action. According to what was learned, the police, during a house search, also seized the cell phone and the clothes used by the young man in the social photos.
