ESSENTIAL NUMBER: 2026/1 Estate Estate

Sakarya province, Geyve district, Alifuatpaşa mah/village, Volume: 4, Family row number: 398, Row No: 16, registered to the population, born on 14/09/1969, died on 19/09/2002, the estate of the late Murat Topaloğlu was liquidated through bankruptcy procedure in accordance with Article 612 of the Turkish Civil Code, and the estate was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. It has been decided to appoint Hasan Ünal as liquidator and the liquidation of the estate has started;

1- Those who are creditors from the deceased and those who claim entitlement on movable and immovable properties must register their creditor entitlement claims in writing to the Gebze 3rd Civil Court of Peace within 1 month from the announcement and submit the original and certified copies of their evidence (promissory note, book, etc. evidence),

2-Those who are indebted to the deceased must inform themselves and their debtors within the same period, otherwise they will be subject to criminal liability in accordance with Article 336 of the Bankruptcy Bankruptcy Code,

3-Those who hold the property of the deceased under any circumstances must submit them to the order of the Civil Court of Peace within the same period, provided that their legal rights over those properties are reserved, and if they do not, they will be subject to criminal liability and will be deprived of priority rights, unless they have valid excuses.

It is notified publicly in accordance with Article 166 of the Civil Code.
