The hijacked car crashed into pedestrians and vehicles in Tekirdağ: 3 injured

According to the information obtained, the incident took place in Hürriyet District of Süleymanpaşa district. Allegedly, a citizen leaving the market with his grandson was putting his 4-year-old grandchild into the car when E.G. He claimed that he was pushed and his vehicle was hijacked.

E.G. fled the scene in a car with license plate 59 APE 174. Allegedly, the car driven by E.G. hit a pedestrian in Hürriyet District.

It was learned that after the accident, the driver continued on his way without stopping the vehicle. Upon notice, police teams started an operation to catch the driver who was reported to have escaped. The car, followed by police teams, went onto the Ring Road and proceeded in the direction of Istanbul. The car was on the road, O.Y. with 34 CFP 466 plated vehicles under the management of Ş.K. He also crashed into the car with license plate 34 KRE 144 under his control. After the accident, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area.

3 PEOPLE WERE INJURED, THE CHILD WAS DELIVERED TO HIS FAMILY

The pedestrian and two drivers injured in the accident were given first aid at the scene by medical teams. The injured were then taken to Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University Hospital by ambulance. E.G., who was allegedly driving the car. He was caught by police teams. The 4-year-old child, who was in the allegedly kidnapped car, was taken by the teams and handed over to his family.
