The suspect who stole a car and ran away in Tekirdağ had an accident: 3 injured

The driver, who hit a pedestrian with the allegedly hijacked car in Tekirdağ, crashed into 2 cars on the ring road while escaping. While the driver was caught, it was revealed that there was a 4-year-old child in the car. A pedestrian and 2 drivers were injured in the incident.

According to IHA news, the incident took place in Hürriyet District of Süleymanpaşa district. Allegedly, a citizen leaving the market with his grandson was putting his 4-year-old grandchild into the car when E.G. He claimed that he was pushed and his vehicle was hijacked.

E.G. fled the scene by car. Allegedly, the car driven by E.G. hit a pedestrian in Hürriyet District. It was learned that after the accident, the driver continued on his way without stopping the vehicle.

Upon notice, police teams started an operation to catch the driver who was reported to have escaped. The car, followed by police teams, went onto the Ring Road and proceeded in the direction of Istanbul. The car was on the road, O.Y. with the vehicle under the management of Ş.K. He also hit the car he was driving. After the accident, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area.

The pedestrian and two drivers injured in the accident were given first aid at the scene by medical teams. The injured were then taken to Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University Hospital by ambulance. E.G., who was allegedly driving the car. He was caught by police teams. The 4-year-old child, who was in the allegedly kidnapped car, was taken by the teams and handed over to his family.
