Among them, the advanced electronic material product line includes semiconductors. The FPCB copper foil soft board base material used in the body field has both lightweight and highly flexible structural properties. It maintains the necessary mechanical strength and dimensional stability while improving the bending and flexibility resistance of the structure. It is suitable for the new generation of electronic modules and lightweight device applications. Compared with traditional CCL (copper foil substrate) mostly uses PI (Polyimide) as the base material. Although it has the advantages of heat resistance and dimensional stability, the material is relatively rigid, which limits the development space of end products.
In the face of smart interactive materials, with the rapid development of humanoid robots and AI smart wearable devices, he also admitted that Dingji has contacted customers in related fields to jointly develop new materials for devices. As for sustainable infrastructure materials, with the increasing demand for sustainable building materials in the European market, Dingji has introduced environmentally friendly TPU films into the waterproof layer of building roofs and gradually expanded it to relevant customers. In addition, the bulletproof glass film, which has been developed for more than 10 years, has passed the US UL752 bulletproof test standard and can effectively withstand bullet impact. The structural integrity and protective function of glass can still be maintained under strong kinetic energy conditions. Lin Gengxian said that UL752 is a widely used bulletproof material testing specification internationally. This verification shows that Dingji has the technology integration capabilities and mass production capabilities of high-protection composite materials. At present, Dingji can produce large-area bulletproof glass films and will enter the U.S. building materials market.
For high-end medical materials, Dingji integrates medical-grade films, catheter composite materials and wound care-related technologies to assist customers in developing new generation medical products. As the global medical industry develops towards minimally invasive treatment, home medical care and high-end care, the market has increased requirements for biocompatibility, softness, durability and functional integration capabilities of materials.
