The tragedy occurred at the hotel during a family holiday in Chlorakas, Cyprus, in July this year.

A 2-year-old boy fell from a fourth-story window. According to the findings, the father placed his son on the windowsill in the hotel lobby, not realizing that the window was open. The child lost his balance and fell from a height of 10 meters.

The boy died after being taken to hospital as a result of his head wounds.

Court orders and return to the country
