The Turkish Grand National Assembly commission conducted an investigation after the attack in front of the school in Turgutlu.

Following the armed attack that took place in front of İnci Üzmez Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Manisa's Turgutlu district, in which 11 students were injured, 3 of them seriously, the GNAT Investigation Commission into the Causes of School Attacks carried out investigations at the school. Commission President Yusuf Beyazıt, in his statement here, said, "As you know, our three babies are currently in intensive care in our hospital. Thank God, they have survived the danger of their lives. We do not have fear or anxiety as in the first moment. They are conscious now. They are able to meet with their families. But you will appreciate that their treatment in intensive care will continue for a little longer."

Beyazıt continued his statement as follows:

"Although the first thing that appears in the incidents in Siverek, Kahramanmaraş and Turgutlu is peer bullying or other things, in the background there is a great danger of nihilism, violence and extremism, which is affected by digital channels such as Discord and different game systems, and I would like to bring to your attention the evaluations about this danger. For this reason, only our teachers, security measures, law enforcement officers, security guards can be found in the homes of mothers and fathers without being referred to this issue." "I would like to draw your attention to the fact that they must follow their children's social media, digital channels and initiatives on this subject. I would like to warn all my citizens and all parents on this issue."
