Currently, our R&D center has started to function. In fact, we want to reflect the 'outputs' from TEKNOFEST, that is, the projects made by young people, into real life, and as a company, we want to attach serious importance to R&D and create new national and local technologies here." used.

"WE TAKE THE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH US AS THEY ARE"

Explaining the support for young people who are planning a career in engineering and mining, Türk Altın General Manager Beyaz said, "In fact, rather than giving advice, we take these young people with us. Now, we have recently established a scholarship program. We named this scholarship program 'Miners of the Future'. With the Miners of the Future scholarship program, we actually give a scholarship of 20 thousand liras per month and for 12 months to our young people who have achieved certain grades in the university exam. Of course, we do not only train these young people by giving scholarships or giving advice. "At the same time, we take these children and these young people with us in our company. We assign a mentor to them from our company, and every summer, we provide them with the opportunity to do internships in our field, our R&D center, and our mine sites. Therefore, we are a company that not only gives advice but also establishes an interactive relationship with young people."

Referring to the scholarship for education abroad, Türk Altın General Manager Beyaz said, "We have another scholarship program. We are doing this scholarship project abroad. We are sending 6 of our students. Türk Altın covers all their expenses, including their accommodation and school expenses, as well as their living expenses there. And I hope these children will be entitled to work at Türk Altın after they return from abroad."
