The Ukrainian minister criticized European politicians for claiming that the war in Ukraine does not concern them

During Wednesday's debate at the UN Security Council, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha sharply criticized politicians who claim that the war in Ukraine does not concern them.

Even in Europe, some politicians still claim that this is not their war. They must be blind. Russia is already at war with Europe: arson, assassinations, cyberattacks, disinformation, election interference, using energy, food and migrants as weapons, drones and missiles crossing NATO airspace, Sybiha enumerated.

The Ukrainian minister emphasized that Russia's actions are no longer of a hybrid nature. It's not hybrid. Abandon this word. Russia's war against Europe is no longer hybrid, he stressed, appealing to European leaders to change their approach to the threat from Moscow.

Sybiha pointed out that Russia has ceased to be a global power and has become a "global problem" that requires a common, international solution.

He also recalled the dramatic situation of the inhabitants of Oleszki, where the population under Russian occupation has no access to food and medicines. In his speech, he referred to the tragic events in the history of Ukraine, recalling the example of the great famine of the 1930s.

Russia itself is paying for the war in Ukraine

Russia was also criticized by French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, who accused the Russian leader of attacks on European countries, but emphasized that Russia itself was also paying the price for the war.

Who pays the price for this madness? (...) Russia itself, annihilated, ruined, isolated because of a war that only one man wanted (...) The stubbornness of one man has already sentenced 500,000 to death. Russians who had nothing to say on the matter. They died in a war that was not theirs, in a country (Ukraine) that was not theirs, said the minister.

Vladimir Putin's Russia is ruined, it is now the Russia of inflation and stagflation, he stressed, adding that the country "rations fuel sales in most of its regions."
