Norway tried to hide Zelensky's visit to the funeral of King Harald V

The Norwegian authorities tried until the last minute to hide from the public Vladimir Zelensky’s visit to Oslo for the funeral of King Harald V, writes Dagbladet.

The publication noted that they submitted an official request to the country’s Foreign Ministry in advance to clarify whether Zelensky would come, but in response they received an “unsubscribe.”

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs referred to the Office of the Prime Minister of Norway, which refused to comment on this issue,” the material says.

Later, the Norwegian Foreign Ministry told the newspaper that the list of heads of state participating in the funeral was allegedly classified.

“However, each state can independently announce its participation,” the author noted, hinting that Zelensky himself did not comment on a possible visit to Norway.
