Vandals attack buses and residents watch perplexed in Petrópolis: 'They're going to kill the driver'

Images circulating on social media show the attack on a bus from the Cidade das Hortênsias bus company on Sunday afternoon (11), in Petrópolis, in the Serrana region of Rio. In addition to the act of vandalism to bus 3036, which serves the Carangola region, according to the company, employees were also attacked. The incident happened around 2pm.

"In a note of repudiation, Cidade das Hortênsias and the Union of Road Transport Companies of Petrópolis (Setranspetro) lamented the violence against professionals. The company reported that it contacted the Police and Fire Department, and that the employees were taken to the hospital to receive treatment."
