Deputy Minister of National Defense: President Nawrocki does not need information from the CIA because he has good relations with Trump

The deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense, Stanisław Wziątek, was asked on Polsat News whether President Nawrocki should not have received the information provided by the head of the CIA. Answering this question, he recalled that the president's representatives regularly participate in meetings of the Security Committee.

We received information about the threat. The committee meets once a week, on Tuesdays, and this is the right time to provide such data, Wziątek noted.

The deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense drew attention to the good relations between President Nawrocki and US President Donald Trump. If the American administration wanted to provide President Nawrocki with information about threats, it would do it directly, said Wziątek, suggesting that there is no reason to worry in this matter.

Let us recall that on August 25, CIA Director John Ratcliffe visited Russia, where he held talks with the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Sergei Naryshkin, and the director of the Federal Security Service (FSB), Alexander Bortnikov.

Tusk on "avoiding danger at one of the border crossings"

Prime Minister Tusk, revealing on Thursday that he had received a report from the head of the CIA, said that "thanks to the cooperation of the Polish and Ukrainian services, a direct threat to one of the border crossings was avoided."
