Following the investigation by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the possibility of sanctions against X came to the fore in Poland, and the European Union Commission announced that it took the concerns about Grok seriously.
According to experts, it is risky for artificial intelligence to be seen as an authority that "tells the absolute truth". Systems can also reflect inaccuracies and biases in the data they are fed.
The Grok debate also brought to the fore the need for Türkiye to develop its own major language model. Academics point out that a local and Turkish model should be developed without delay.
