The Supreme Court gave NEW Party 1 month to defend itself

The Supreme Court gave the party 1 month to defend its application in order to "declare the invalidity of the name and nickname of the NEW Party and its deletion from the registry of political parties". Following the establishment of the New Party, the Innovation Party applied to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Court of Appeals due to the similarity of party names.

'We will send a statement'

Commenting on the 30-day period given by the Constitutional Court, NEW Party Spokesperson Zeynel Emre said, "We will write and send a comprehensive statement covering the expert reports and jurisprudence we have. We think there is no similarity and the decision will come out that way."

Private brings deputies into the camp
