Zonguldak Deputy Governor Muammer Balcı died due to a heart attack.

The incident took place in Istanbul in the morning. Muammer Balcı, who served as Deputy Governor in Zonguldak, died of a heart attack at his home. It was stated that Balcı petitioned for retirement a while ago and took annual leave.

Zonguldak Governor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu, in his condolence message, said, "Our Deputy Governor of Zonguldak, our valuable colleague Muammer Balcı, passed away as a result of a heart attack.
