It is noted that voters who submitted an application to participate in REV on "Gosuslugi" and received the status "Processed" by 11:59 PM Moscow time on September 6 will be able to test the system.

To participate in the testing, the Ministry of Digital Development explained, voters must go to the REV portal during the pilot period, click the "Participate" button, log in via "Gosuslugi", and complete the test vote.

"It is possible to participate in testing the REV system from 8:00 AM on September 9 to 8:00 PM on September 10 according to the time zone of the region where the voter is registered," the department stated.
