黃國昌今天接受媒體訪問時表示，立法院三讀通過的法律，行政院長本來就要副署、總統本就應要公告，這是再正常不過的事，過去總統賴清德與行政院長卓榮泰用各種奇怪理由，拒絕通過，是明顯毀憲亂政行為。
