After investigation, Sun Shaocheng lost his ideals and beliefs, abandoned his original mission, discounted and made changes in the implementation of major decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee, failed to fulfill the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the party and the first responsible person, resisted organizational review, and engaged in superstitious activities; violated the spirit of the eight central regulations, accepted gifts in violation of regulations, entered and exit private clubs in violation of regulations, accepted banquets that may affect the fair execution of official duties, and was greedy for pleasure; violated organizational principles, and in organizational letters Failure to explain the problem truthfully during inquiries, violating regulations to benefit others in cadre promotions, employee recruitment, etc.; breaching the bottom line of integrity, condoning and tacitly allowing children to use the influence of their positions for personal gain, and using their authority to seek benefits for relatives' business activities; violating regulations and intervening in judicial activities; having a bad family tradition, neglecting the education of family members; taking advantage of the position to benefit others in project approval, project contracting, etc., and illegally accepting huge amounts of property.

Sun Shaocheng seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline and life discipline, which constituted a serious official violation and was suspected of bribery. He did not restrain himself or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Party. This is serious in nature and has a bad influence and should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the "Disciplinary Punishment Regulations of the Communist Party of China", the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishments for Public Servants, and other relevant provisions, after studying at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and reporting to the meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee for deliberation, it was decided to give Sun Shaocheng will be expelled from the Party; he will be expelled from public office by the National Supervisory Commission; his qualifications as a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Party will be terminated; his illegal gains that violate disciplines and laws will be confiscated; his suspected criminal issues will be transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the property involved will be transferred together. The sanction of expulsion from the Party will be ratified when a plenary session of the Central Committee is convened.
