报告主笔人、中国社会科学院新闻与传播研究所视听研究室主任冷凇提到,以往许多文化消费往往依赖固定场馆、固定时段;如今,直播以低门槛、高频次、强互动的特点,让演出、非遗、民俗技艺和专业才艺更自然地进入大众日常,也让文化消费从“低频奔赴”走向“高频陪伴”。
文化和旅游部市场管理司网络市场监管处处长武芳梅指出,网络直播打破了时间和空间的限制,打通了专业与大众的边界,戏曲、非遗、乡土文化、原创文艺、民间创作,都能通过直播实时呈现、广泛传播,真正让文化看得见、听得懂、可参与。
中国演出行业协会副会长兼秘书长潘燕表示,新大众文艺并非传统文艺的简单线上迁移,而是在数字技术支撑下,以大众为主体、以平台为阵地、以互动为特征形成的文艺生态。与之相伴的,是文化消费方式的深层变化:消费时间从特定时刻走向随时随地,消费关系从单向欣赏走向双向参与,文化价值也从一次性触达延展为更长期的连接。
报告指出,在网络文艺新形态下,轻量化内容、场景化需求和生活化融入,共同推动文化消费结构发生转变。网络文学以连续叙事满足长期沉浸,微短剧以短时长、强情节适配碎片时间,文化类直播则把实时互动、审美体验、情绪陪伴和消费转化整合在同一场域。用户由“有什么看什么”转向根据生活场景和精神需求主动选择内容,文化消费也从偶发的休闲选择,逐渐转为稳定、可重复的日常路径。
