Former President Tsai Ing-wen went south to Erlin Town, Changhua County today (15th) to visit the Lelin Food Bank to care about grassroots social welfare and the achievements of connecting local small farmers. Chen Suyue, candidate for Changhua County Mayor of the Democratic Progressive Party, accompanied the whole process and invited Tsai Ing-wen to serve as the honorary chairman of the campaign headquarters.
