Fog is expected at night and in the morning of September 30, visibility will be 200–700 meters, the warning will be in effect from midnight to 09:00 Moscow time.

MOSCOW, September 29 - RIA Novosti. A yellow level of weather danger has been declared in Moscow and the Moscow region due to fog that will appear at night and last until the morning, the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia told RIA Novosti.

“Fog is expected at night and until early morning in Moscow and the Moscow region. A yellow level of weather danger has been declared,” forecasters said.

The Hydrometeorological Center of Russia added that the warning will be in effect from midnight to 09.00 Moscow time on September 30.
