Wu Xindai reviewed the Taipei City Government's "PTT Cyber ​​Army Controversy" in 2022 on Facebook. At that time, Sichamao and council members found out that many Taipei City Government employees used the Taipei City Government's IP to log in and post comments during working hours. The levels ranged from the grassroots to the bureau section chief, which caused an uproar among the public. At that time, Ke Wenzhe was criticized for using city government resources to support the cyber army.
