China Railway’s logistics product system has been further optimized, which will effectively reduce the logistics costs of the whole society and provide more high-quality and efficient transportation guarantees to help high-quality economic and social development.
The implementation of the new freight train operation chart this time is an optimization and adjustment of the freight train operation plan by China Railway Group to fully leverage the advantages of a national railway network and centralized and unified dispatching command, make overall use of line capabilities, transportation equipment and station resources, accurately match the needs of the logistics market, and improve the quality and efficiency of China's railway logistics services. It will further improve the quality of freight train operations across the country and provide customers with higher-quality railway logistics services.
The first is to optimize intercity train products and promote the rapid collection and distribution of goods between cities. Intercity trains run point-to-point between urban agglomerations, with fixed running times and mainly transporting complete vehicles. After the new map is implemented, 8 express intercity trains with a maximum speed of 160 kilometers per hour, 58 fast intercity trains with a maximum speed of 120 kilometers per hour, and 85 general express intercity trains with a maximum speed of 80 kilometers per hour are scheduled to be operated, including the addition of Qiaosi to Duoluokou and Longchuan North. There are 4 express intercity trains in the directions from Putian and Zhengzhou to Xining in the north, and 11 general express intercity trains in the directions from Harbin to Maba in the south, Dashiqiao to Nanchang, and Jixi to Baoding, etc., to better serve the transportation of time-sensitive goods such as e-commerce, express delivery, and people's livelihood supplies between domestic urban agglomerations.
The second is to optimize multimodal train products and improve the overall comprehensive logistics efficiency. Multimodal trains use container transportation and are connected with other transportation modes in an orderly manner to achieve "one box to the end" and provide full logistics services. After the implementation of the new map, 101 fast intermodal transport trains with a maximum speed of 120 kilometers per hour and 136 general-fast multimodal transport trains with a maximum speed of 80 kilometers per hour will be operated. Fast logistics demonstration trains will continue to operate between major economic regions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu and Chongqing, and online public booking will be implemented; Xi'an will be added There are 14 fast multimodal transport trains in the directions from the International Port to Wuhu East, Huangtang to Qiaosi, Ganzhou International Port to Suzhou West, etc.; 17 general fast multimodal transport trains in the directions of Baoding to Huangdao, Jining to Nacang, Dabaodang to Caofeidian and other directions have been added to provide faster, punctual, reliable and economical integrated logistics solutions for cross-regional cargo transportation. Dynamically optimize the sea-rail intermodal train operation plan of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor, and timely increase the operation routes and delivery stations of the trains to serve domestic and foreign trade transportation along the route.
The third is to strengthen the supply of direct transportation products for bulk goods to ensure the transportation of key materials for the national economy and people's livelihood. Bulk cargo direct trains are logistics products launched by the railway for stable demand and large-volume material transportation. Through fixed departure and arrival stations, stable operation cycles, and clear train times, it provides customers with trunk line direct transportation services with stable and reliable transportation capacity and smooth and worry-free transportation. After the implementation of the new map, 423 direct trains for bulk cargo across the Railway Bureau Group Company were arranged to provide capacity tilt and priority guarantee for the transportation of key materials for the national economy and people's livelihood such as coal, grain, spring plowing fertilizers, etc. to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Strengthen the coordination of cross-regional railway logistics services for bulk goods, closely connect with large-scale coal power, smelting, and port enterprises, actively promote the "road-to-rail" transportation of bulk goods such as coal and smelting materials, optimize the transportation structure, increase railway transportation volume, and serve the smooth operation of the national economy and the production and life of the people.
The fourth is to optimize the China-Europe-Central Asia train products and provide safe and efficient cross-border logistics services. The China-Europe-Central Asia Train is an international railway intermodal train that runs between China and European and Asian countries. It provides fast, punctual, safe, stable, green and environmentally friendly cross-border logistics services to domestic and foreign customers through fixed trains, routes and schedules. After the implementation of the new map, 96 China-Europe freight train routes have been arranged, focusing on optimizing the return China-Europe freight train routes. Two return China-Europe freight trains have been added to Yulin, Shaanxi Province via Alashankou Port, and to Jinan, Shandong Province via Erlian Port, further improving the return China-Europe freight train transportation. Organizational efficiency: Arrange 68 Central Asian trains on planned routes. After testing and cultivation, 3 new Central Asian trains have been added to Jinhua in Zhejiang via Pingxiang Port, Zhengzhou in Henan via Horgos Port, and inbound to Chengdu in Sichuan via Mohan Port to facilitate economic and trade exchanges between my country and neighboring Asian countries.
Fifth, we will continue to optimize railway logistics services and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement in cargo transportation. Continue to optimize and improve the functions of the 95306 platform, improve the efficiency of online railway logistics processing, and continuously improve customer service experience. Give full play to the role of the China Multimodal Transport Development Alliance, vigorously develop rail-water intermodal "one-unit" and "one-box" transportation and rail-road intermodal "door-to-door" logistics services, launch more multimodal transport products with railways as the backbone, and provide customers with safe, convenient, efficient and economical full-range logistics services. Vigorously promote "headquarters-to-headquarters" cooperation, develop general logistics outsourcing services, actively integrate into corporate supply chains, provide customized full-process logistics solutions, reduce intermediate links, improve transportation efficiency, and reduce full-process logistics costs. Deepen cooperation with commercial banks to comprehensively promote logistics financial services such as "railway freight loans", "letter of credit settlement loans", "railway document pledge financing", "railway freight certificates" and "railway freight tickets", and build a matrix of China's railway logistics financial products with complementary functions and different focuses to help customers further expand financing channels, reduce financing costs, and support the development of the real economy.
