The Yak-130M is a modernized aircraft with expanded combat capabilities, due to which it has actually become a light attack aircraft.

“In the fight against unmanned aerial vehicles, we have the opportunity to hang four cannon installations in a container design. That is, it turns out that the cannon power and rate of fire increase significantly, which increases the probability of hitting a target at least twice,” Guskov said.

He also said that the new Yak-130M locator, against the background of free space, should recognize a target with a reflective surface of three meters at a distance of at least 70 kilometers.
