The founding meeting of the KMT's Taichung mayoral candidate Jiang Qichen was held in the morning. KMT's "three sons" Legislative Director Han Guoyu, New Taipei City Mayor Hou Youyi and Taichung Mayor Lu Xiuyan took the stage for a "group hug" and accompanied Jiang Qichen in shouting "frozen garlic".
