Non-party legislator Gao Jin Sumei's "big accountant" Zhang Junjie abandoned bail and absconded for more than half a month. His whereabouts are unknown so far. At about 3 o'clock this morning, a 19-year-old man named Yan went to the Xindian branch to surrender on his own. He is now the 14th accomplice in this case. It is understood that he assisted Zhang Junjie in escaping from Tainan to Pingtung. The prosecutors are currently conducting further investigations to find out.

Police investigation revealed that after Zhang Junjie fled to the Tainan area, he recently appeared in Wantan Township, Pingtung County. This area can be moved quickly using the Provincial Highway 88 Expressway, National Highway 3, Provincial Highway 1 and Provincial Highway 27. The prosecutors determined that he may be looking for possible ways to stow away, or he may be hiding in the mountainous areas of Pingtung or Taitung.
