"Если мы не увеличим наш бюджет, то либо мы не будем осуществлять эти расходы и не будем участвовать в гонке инноваций, либо переложим ответственность на каждую страну", - добавил он.
В последнем случае, по мнению Макрона, единый рынок ЕС рискует оказаться фрагментированным. "У нас будет 27 политик в области космоса, 27 политик в области искусственного интеллекта - это глупость, потому что у нас не будет необходимого масштаба для этого", - заявил французский лидер.
