Moscow authorities approved the KRT project in the Fili-Davydkovo area

MOSCOW, September 9 - RIA Novosti. The Moscow authorities have approved the project for integrated development of the territory (CRT) in the Fili-Davydkovo area in the west of Moscow, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Capital Government, Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.

The KRT, according to him, affects house No. 17, house No. 13, building 2 and house No. 15, building 1 on Minskaya Street.

“So, on Minskaya Street, a site with an area of 1.15 hectares will be reorganized with three five-story buildings located there, two of which will be resettled under the renovation program, and the third - house No. 15, building 1 - as part of the residential development project. The majority of residents voted for the inclusion of the house in the project. The resettlement process will be regulated by guarantees enshrined in the regulatory legal act of the Moscow government,” the department’s press service quotes Ovchinsky urban planning policy.

He clarified that residents of all three houses will be able to move to new apartments within their own area.

As the message reminds, dilapidated houses that were not included in the renovation program in 2017 can be resettled with the help of housing development committees.

In the capital, more than 470 CRT projects (in total more than 4.7 thousand hectares of land) are at various stages of development and implementation.
