Он добавил, что на индивидуальное жилищное строительство приходится еще 75,1 тысячи квадратных метров.
"Для республики важно, что растет именно многоквартирное строительство. У жителей должна быть возможность выбирать подходящий вариант жилья, а города и населенные пункты - развиваться более компактно и благоустроенно", - отметил глава Ингушетии.
По его словам, увеличение объемов строительства должно идти вместе с подготовкой необходимой инфраструктуры.
"Новые дома должны быть обеспечены инженерными сетями, дорогами и всем необходимым для комфортной жизни. Над этим как раз активно и работаем", - заметил Калиматов.
