Li Jinwei said that in the next five years, Xuchang will "pay more attention" to five aspects and strive to turn the "planning document" into a "real picture."
First, pay more attention to optimizing the industrial structure. In terms of traditional industries, we will focus on three major industries such as food, implement a new round of technological transformation, promote technological transformation investment to account for more than 30% of manufacturing investment, and accelerate the revitalization of existing industries; in terms of emerging industries, we will cultivate and expand six major industries such as smart power equipment and new materials, create two over 100 billion and four over 10 billion industries, and strive to achieve a share of the added value of strategic emerging industries. The proportion of industrial industries has increased by more than 10 percentage points, shaping new momentum for industrial development; in terms of future industries, accelerate the layout of three major industries such as hydrogen energy and new energy storage, focus on N new technologies and new business formats such as computing and computer collaboration, do a good job in technical reserves and enterprise cultivation, build a high-quality future industry pilot zone in Xiangcheng County, implement a number of future industry landmark projects, and seize a new track for industrial development.
The second is to pay more attention to the construction of "one circle and two valleys". Increase efforts to attract industrial projects, launch a number of major projects with strong innovative technologies, high per-acre benefits, and sufficient development potential, and form a number of key industrial chain groups with demonstration and leading effects.
The fourth is to pay more attention to digital empowerment development. Deeply promote the construction of national pilot cities for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and complete the digital transformation of more than 500 enterprises.
